GOP Leader Mitch McConnell says he will put politics before people
McConnell makes it clear that he and his party will not allow the President or the Democrats to put people back to work:

First McConnell LIES about the last stimulus program that almost all economist credit with preventing a bigger recession:

"I'm...certain that, taken as whole, they'll represent more of the same failed approach that's only made things worse over the past few years, and resulted in even fewer jobs than when he started,"

Then McConnell makes it clear just like the GOP held our nation's economy hostage to try and score political points, he and his cohorts intend to do the same thing with our nation's unemployed:

"I'm...certain that, taken as whole, they'll represent more of the same failed approach that's only made things worse over the past few years, and resulted in even fewer jobs than when he started,"

People need to look past the billion dollar GOP propaganda campaign and start to realize the GOP is trying to turn our nation into a third world Country with no middle class.

It's the obstruction Mitch. Not the approach. Freakin anti-American haters will be a real side show this session is my guess. Really their program looks to be for every job PBO helps to create the pubs will cut one more. How do people continue to vote for the very teapubs who are taking them down?

The thing that really kills me about his remarks is that it McConnell is acting as though President Obama has never sought to repeatedly reach across the aisle and attempt to allow Republicans a seat at the table. Even when President Obama has attempted to tweak his proposals and/or incorporate their ideas to address their concerns it is still no good for them. There is only one right way to them, the 100% Republican way, to do things and they will refuse to listen to anything else. Hell, President Obama has yet to even give his speech and the Republicans are ALREADY declaring it to be a "failure", making their unwillingness to even consider any of his as-yet-unannounced ideas quite plain. Their intentions to continue their rampant obstructionism must NOT go unchallenged and/or unnoticed IMHO! Vomit

Yeah, the poor people of Kentucky have two of the biggest a$$holes in the Universe representing them.

Could Mitch McConnell be anymore of a self-serving ugly prick?

Of that, there is not a single doubt!

Rome wasn't built in a Day,
this shit didn't happen overnight, and 30 minute sitcoms are only on TV!
