Surprise Romney Just Totally Melted Down During his Jobs Speech
>>The unabridged plan is fully outlined in 160 PDF pages, complete with a foreword and end notes, but Romney appeared to have a hard time summarizing it into a coherent speech.

After amusing the crowd by showing off a scribbled notepad and promising not use a teleprompters, Romney soon made it clear why some presidential candidates should definitely use cues. His speech was rambling, with Romney criss-crossing the stage as he jumped from one unrelated proposal to the other.

Here are the highlights from the speech:

He repeatedly referred to America as a "job creating machine."
More than once, he waved around his iPhone to illustrate that "President Obama's strategy is a pay phone strategy and we're in a smart phone world," at one point explaining: "You got these things. Okay? You got a smart phone."[..

I fricken' LOVE this part!

Quote:And to close out the bizarre event, Romney left the stage to Alabama's "I'm In A Hurry (And Don't Know Why)," which seems like a strange choice.

He's totally over his head in his metaphors.... and in his campaign.
He has no idea what is going on. NOthing at all.

It's almost sad... I don't feel sorry for him, but its pathetic.

I'm in a hurry to get things done
Oh I rush and rush until life's no fun
All I really gotta do is live and die
But I'm in a hurry and don't know why

Oh, I hear a voice
That says I'm running behind
Better pick up my pace
It's a race and there ain't no room for someone in second place

I was born a Truman, but you can call me Pat. Wave

Not surprised one bit!

Rome wasn't built in a Day,
this shit didn't happen overnight, and 30 minute sitcoms are only on TV!

RE: Romney Just Totally Melted Down During his Jobs Speech
I see Romney has "Pave the Way to Repeal Obamacare" as the first "idea" for his "jobs plan." What a freaking sick joke. ANY presidential candidate using the childish phrase "Obamacare" has shown they do not even have what it takes to lead a conga line, let alone the nation. Secondly, repealing the Affordable Care Act would, in the real world, cost hundreds of thousands of jobs and add billions to the deficit. Romney is a f*cking liar, but the headlines we'll no doubt see in the NYT, et al. will be: Romney Unveils Jobs Plan -- and not a word in the article will point out the sheer lies this charlatan -- who financed his plush life by throwing thousands of people out of work -- is engaging in.

Stick a fork in him he is done!

He couldn't even wait until the debate to announce his job plan.

Good, Huntsman's already slamming it..

"The American people should hope the vision and policies [Romney] puts forth for our nation are the antithesis of what he implemented during his one term as governor of Massachusetts," Huntsman campaign manager Matt David wrote in the blog post. "Because if Gov. Romney's record is any indication, his plan will markedly raise fees and corporate taxes, block the adoption of a flat tax, let the Bush tax cuts expire and strangle small businesses with new, onerous health care regulations."

"Jon Huntsman quietly, thoughtfully led Utah to leading the nation in job creation... About the same time, another governor led Massachusetts.... [and] ended up 47th in job creation," a female narrator says in the web video, over an image of an abandoned, worn out baseball mitt." roflmao

Btw, cbs has a link that states: "Obama readies job speech amid dismal ratings".

I want to get on there and say.."yeah, they're dismal because corporate media says so.
