When President Obama wants to give a speech to Congress, that means it's time to shut your lying barf hole and listen whenever the fuck he shows enough patience to talk some sense into the asylum of moronic misfits you call a House of Representatives. And while he's talking you might want to get your fellow disrespectful deerfuckers to refrain from repeating past problem behaviors like yelling weak insults or walking out during the speech. If any 4th grade class can do it then so can your caucus of clueless Koch-heads. Try giving them Ritalin.

And by the way, just because Obama was a big enough person to move the speech doesn't mean I'm going to watch the circus freak show that passes for a Republican Presidential debate. I have more important things to do, like watching a rerun of Seinfeld or dropping a big orange dump I'll name Boehner.

For future reference, I can assure you, there won't be any "parliamentary impediments" anytime you'd like to sit and spin, you self-righteous, sanctimonious, shitbag.

Just read an entire thread elsewhere with supposed Democrats whining that the President's speech will conflict with the pre-game TV hype in which football fans are so interested.

Are there people who actually watch the "PRE-GAME SHOW"? Not in my household of football freaks--not ever even when there's no political speech beforehand.

So far, the Republican debates have produced nothing of substance, only reasons NOT to vote Republican next year. A bunch of right wingers trying to show each other which one can outdo the other in hating Obama, "libbruls," poor and sick people.

Obama is much better off letting the ignorant and uninformed Republicans rant and fume before a full audience, and then himself show up on TV the next night and be, by comparison, the very image of rationality. He even has a day to modify his speech to take into account the ridiculous things that his Republican opponents will spew out during their propaganda session disguised as a debate. All the while, he can say he was accommodating Bonehead in the name of bi-partisanship, as all he did was accede to a direct request from Bonehead.

If Bonehead really had the best interests of the Republican Party at heart, he'd shoot for ANY distraction from the Republican "debate," so that as little attention would be focused on their candidates' inadequacy as possible. Now, the whole world will be watching, and except for Fox viewers, their status as not-fit-for-prime-time will be out there in its undiluted splendor for the whole world to see.

I wonder how the Republican participants in the "debate" feel, now knowing they will be nothing more than a warm-up act for Obama, much like the clowns in a circus tent? I'll bet that thinking Republicans are more pissed-off about the re-scheduling than Democrats, and if they aren't, then it's because thinking Republicans are an extinct species.

I've thought from the beginning Obama did this as a setup. It's the only thing that really makes sense, No PR person worth their paycheck would want to force a competition between a debate and a Presidential speech happening at the same time. The percentages are bad on that no matter how you slice it. So, in my mind, there had to be some other motivation.

When Boehner came back with his response, I figured out what I think the motivation was. Make Boehner force the lineup.

In my opinion, this was strategic for the President. He knew they would do something turdy. This just makes them look like petty assholes who want to put their party above the economy. To me it is part of the re-election bid painting the right wingers (accurately) as refusing to negotiate.
