Spotted this on Bloomberg:

The board overturned a 2007 ruling by the board under President George W. Bush that made it easier to throw out a union. The Bush ruling, in a case involving auto-parts maker Dana Corp., allowed an immediate challenge to a union’s status as a bargaining agent by 30 percent of a company’s employees or by a rival union.

The usual suspects put in an appearance to spout their same old 'sky-is-falling' nonsense they've been recycling since the last century:

Kimberly Freeman Brown gets it right:

The decision “is nothing more than a return to a process for voluntary recognition that for years worked just fine for employers and employees alike.”

I wonder how the firebaggers will react to that? Not enough! He should have done it sooner! Oh, they'll find something.

I'm sure it will be ignored like everything else progressive Obama does. Next week a pundit will be writing about how Obama has done nothing for unions.

Seems he cares about the unions after all (and he didn't even need to don some comfortable shoes to do it either!)
