End of year action restores Obama luster

The Senate is finally taking action on items they should have handled before the election. I wonder how many Democratic Senators realize that their chamber's obstruction is a primary reason for what happened in the recent election.

Good question. I too think they should have gotten tougher "BEFORE" the election instead of waiting till after. Don't get me wrong i am glad they finally got tougher, but as you mentioned it would have helped them a lot if they had done more before the elections. I know elections are a "scary" thing for some, and they don't want to anger any of the voters, but they also have to understand that a lot of voters stayed home because they weren't rallied like the right was.

All I cans say is I hope the don't lose their new found backbone!

I heard today that some poll has the presidents rating at 55%. I wish some of this stuff could have been done prior to the midterm elections too.
