Boehner Announces His Super Committee Picks
House Speaker John Boehner has announced his three appointments to the super committee created by the debt ceiling legislation. He has chosen House Republican Conference Chairman Jeb Hensarling, House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Dave Camp, and House Energy and Commerce Committee Chairman Fred Upton.

Don't forget - if a deal doesn't get made, the axe gets automatically laid to defense spending. They're going to have to do some dealing.
