WASHINGTON (AP) — Is it unconstitutional to ban the sale or rental of ultraviolent video games to children?

The Supreme Court plans to answer that question Monday with a ruling that could profoundly affect a multibillion-dollar industry.

Big business peddles violence, hence the SC's sudden love of free speech. Sex on the other hand isn't sold directly by big business so the SC doesn't care about that freedom.

They compared violent video games to Snow White and Hansel and Gretel. lol No partisan divide on this one either. Breyer and Thomas were the dissenters. Looks like corporations bought the Supreme Court too.
