So, I'm just going to throw a wild guess out there that Rep Weiner is getting attempted payback by republicon smear hacks because they can't handle the hell he's giving the gop with in their face facts?

I had CNN on a few minutes ago and they are sure doing their dadgum best to make Weiner look guilty. They cornered him and started asking if he sent the pic. When he said he didn't want to talk about it right now, the CNN reporter persisted and asked if Weiner didn't send the pic why wouldn't he simply state he didn't send it? Ugh...
I think Weiner is way too smart to do something as dumb as send a suggestive pic this way, especially since the same thing happened recently and caused a Republican to resign. It really looks like a set up to get one of the more outspoken Democrats.

A bit of advice - excess use of bold text is actually somewhat distracting. 1 - 2 sentences for emphasis is sufficient IMO.

Democratic Rep. Anthony Weiner is consulting with his lawyers after it was reported that the New York congressman sent a racy photo to a female college student from Seattle via Twitter.

"We’ve retained counsel to explore the proper next steps and to advise us on what civil or criminal actions should be taken," Weiner spokesman Dave Arnold told The Daily Caller in an email. "This was a prank. We are loath to treat it as more, but we are relying on professional advice."

Weiner has claimed that his Facebook account was hacked and that, while the photo did appear on his Twitter feed, he did not send it. The photo shows a man's erect penis outlined in a pair of tight boxer briefs. The photo was first published by Andrew Breitbart's BigGovernment.

The photo was quickly deleted along with all the other photos on the congressman's yFrog account.
