BREAKING: House passes 2011 budget deal

The House of Representatives passed legislation Thursday funding the federal government for the remainder the current fiscal year and cutting $38.5 billion in spending.

The bill is also expected to be cleared by the Senate on Thursday and then signed into law by President Barack Obama.
