"Candies Foundation"? The shoe company? Some quick goggling shows it is, and that they paid Bristol $265,000 for that and who knows what else. No word on what "The Situation" got for his part.
I'm really getting getting sick of instant celebrities who, in a just world, couldn't keep a job pumping gas but are cashing in on their uselessness.
So true. If Bristol hadn't been who she is and had the advantages that go w/it, she'd probably be working in a Wal Mart or some such place. Which is yet another reason why I think these ads fail.
Setting the abstinence message aside for a moment (which btw is a ridiculously impracticable one, in and of itself, imo) how many single teenage mothers does anyone know who can make $265k in one year? If the people producing these ads want to show the true realities of being a young single parent, why not choose someone who is
truly representative of that demographic?
