The 2012 election will be a values election, women are in danger
Because of the plans put in place by the Administration over the last two years.. economic growth will not be the big bear some in the media say it will be.

It is going to be a values election. It is going to be all about abortion, gays, etc etc.

The republican backers such as the Koch Brothers and Karl Rove ran the tea party under the guise of economic changers..but at the base of the tea party are a huge group of values voters.

Even the Kochs and Rove are starting to sweat bullets over what they have turned loose.

My hope is that the people who the President and the Democratic Party went to bat for and backed up.. will do the same.. and back us up. Democrats did the right thing and their will be blow back for it. I am out in the boonies and feeling it myself.

Not voting is not an option..It is going to get really ugly

The American Taliban attack on women is starting..

"Georgia State Rep. Bobby Franklin, a Republican from Marietta, Georgia, has introduced a bill that would criminalize miscarriages, making abortion and miscarriage -- or "prenatal murder" in the language of the bill -- potentially punishable by death."

Thoughtful responses are the first victims of partisan passions.

I think their whole agenda is going to backfire on them big time! They have gotten way to greedy, and are making a lot of people angry. Women, unions, the middle class, independent voters, moderate republicans, etc. They have made a lot of people wake up and see the truth, and that's not good for republicans.

Last election people stayed home in protest because they didn't get what they wanted from the president. I was a big mistake, and they know that now. There are still a lot of trolls on some other boards trying to keep people angry with Obama, and some may fall for the message the trolls are putting out, but the vast majority of those who "stayed" home and didn't vote are going to be angry and they WILL NOT STAY HOME, they will vote because they see what happened when they didn't in 2010!

The teabaggers are going to keep the anger out there with their insane demands, and lack of understanding about what needs to be done to bring this country out of the mess Bush and the republicans in congress got us into. Boehner is on the teabaggers list, they want to get rid of him next election. Many of the other republicans are also on that list! The right is going to be in a civil war within their own party by the time elections come along, and then it will all hit the fan!

Republicans always thing "values" will help them, but their "values" are outdated and not likely to endear the majority to them.

"Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we've been waiting for. We are the change that we seek." Barack Obama

Is féidir linn.

If it is, the GOP will lose. Plain and simple.

It worked in 2004 because the candidate was weaker (no offense, Senator Kerry.)
