Rachel Maddow - Obama appeals to center while reclaiming progressive ideals.

I didn't see this posted here, if it's a duplicate, my apologies.

I wasn't sure where Rachel Maddow was headed at first. However, I think ultimately, she did a great job of articulating what Obama accomplished in the SOTU.

Yes, it was brilliant and I'm appreciative that Rachel Maddow is intelligent enough to know that, unlike the profressional leftists who are inveterate whiners; not able to grasp what it a takes to succeed in Winning The Future.

I'm proud of the old girl. Rachel and surprisingly Chris Matthews are the fairest voices on MSNBC. O'Donnell has his moments and Ed seems to be coming around. Funking Cenk is just one cynical s.o.b, who probably doesn't trust his own mother.

Over the past almost year, Matthews' focus seems to be more on what the gop isn't doing, moreso than what the president isn't doing. Matthews has been doing a great job of putting a focus on their antics.

It's the same thing Obama has done since the day he announced his campaign. He sells progressive policy positions in terms that appeal to moderates and conservatives.

Too many pundits and bloggers don't get it. They hear a few buzzwords they don't like and have a knee-jerk reaction because they expect another Bill Clinton. Triangulation isn't Obama's game. He's pulling the country left. Rachel gets it.

I have said it before and I will say it again...

Rachel is the most brilliant MIND on Tee Vee. She often reminds of President Obama himself.

During the campaign, I used to say that I love watching Obama THINK! Really, you can almost watch him think, leading to some articulate string of words...She can do the same over and over again.
