GOP, "He won't meet us halfway".... Ignorant

Obama spent the last four years trying to meet you halfway and every time he moved in your direction you backed up a little farther. Now it would seem Obama has learned that trick and the 2012 election is a reset moment in the game. Now it is your turn to start moving towards Obama and the progressive liberal agenda.

I guess they're saying they do oppose equal rights for all because that's what I heard in that speech.

I also heard, in that inaugural speech, something about utilizing the talents of people that have been educated here rather than kicking them out of the country. They must also oppose that idea.

President Obama tried to work with the Repubs, from day one, but the Repubs main goal was to obstruct, obstruct, obstruct, and they did just that.
The Repubs main goal was to sit back for 4 years, and not cooperate with the President to try to make him fail, in helping the country.

Obama extended the Republicans his hand in bi-partisanship from day one of his first term. They bit it off. Now they're complaining that he won't offer him his remaining hand? I hope he uses it to slap them half as hard as they've been slapping him during his first term.

In my view Obama is too much a gentleman to directly try to humiliate them in public the way they tried so hard to do for 4 years (although his Inaugural Speech is making me rethink that opinion). But behind the scenes and back in their home districts the Republicans would be wise to remember the adage "Payback is a mother-f'er"!

"Organizing for America" is not going to be another "Meals on Wheels" social service group. It will be more about delivering votes and pressure. 2014 will come sooner than they think.
