Obamadon gracilis
Quote:Scientists have named a recently-discovered ancient lizard Obamadon gracilis after the 44th president, the Boston Globe reports.

Yale and Harvard scientists discovered several species of lizards during a project to re-examine fossil collections. Top Yale paleontologist Nicholas Longrich said that a small, slender-jawed lizard that went extinct 65 million years ago along with the dinosaurs seemed like the right fit to take the President's name.

Not sure what to make of this. I dunno

Confirmed, Fox "news" makes you stupid

The ones you are noticing are more terrified than anything else. They are lashing out because they are comfortable; and to acknowledge what is happening is a threat to that comfort. Ignore them, for they are not the voices that will rise in the coming days, months and years. They are not the voices of our collected humanity. They are the old voices of fear and impotence. - Anonymous

Okay, someone's got to say it... 'ancient lizard' that's been extinct for 65 million years.... 'Rupertdon Murdochilis" is the first name that would have come to my mind... just sayin'.

And way better than the thing that got named after George Bush: a slime mold beetle. Actually, 3 new species of slime mold beetle were named for Cheney, Rumsfeld, and Bush.
