I think he is in the denial stage. He still doesn't believe he is not going to be President and is lying to himself about launching another run in a couple years. All he has to do is "rebrand", like they do in business.

Willard looks like Max Headroom in the photo, and the look on the face of the woman in the background is priceless. She looks like she can't believe her own eyes.
Also, this looks like a cheap attempt by Willard to imitate Joe Biden.

edit: I see now that's Ann. I didn't recognize her at first. How sad that even she can't believe her husband is doing this lame stunt.

So, I guess they fired all the help and are now doing everything themselves. It may give them a new outlook on life that's long overdue.
