Right Wing Crazies Lost Romney the Election?

I wish people would stop trying to psychoanalyze why Romney lost. It is this simple, Romney lost because President Obama is the best choice. Romney lost because President Obama is doing a great job, and the majority wants to keep going forward with President Obama.

That's all true but the right wing crackpots sure didn't help things for Rmoney! For instance, Rmoney was too cowardly to stand up to any of them, which highlighted how much better Obama was/is for the job of President.

Romney was no doubt an awful candidate but the Republicans have driven themselves right into the ditch with their overall ideology and lack of awareness about most people's lives today. They are empty and have nothing real to offer to most people today. They basically have come to the point where their "vision" of how this country should operate is that government should do nothing and that we should essentially be "on our own" in the face of the facts and circumstances that repeatedly demonstrate that- if completely left alone- the wealthy 1% would run amok. There was ample evidence that government intervention in several spheres of our lives was necessary at one time and there is little or no evidence that the 1% would behave themselves if left to their own devices. Hell, we all still get exploited in a lot of ways even WITH government intervention though it certainly hasn't helped that government has largely been run by the 1% and/or its backers for 20 out of the past 30 years!

They certainly didn't help. Romney thought he could etch-a-sketch the moronic things he had to say to stand on the same stage with newt, michele, paul and the other crazies. Had it not been for the wingnuts he had to pander to, he could have presented himself in a more acceptable light. Of course, Team Obama was ready for him, whatever... But, the rwnj's did hurt him.
