The rates went up under Clinton and put the lie to Tinkle Down in the 90's. Somehow a good part of the voting public didn't notice so we got more Tinkle Down under Bush. I have no real expectation that enough people will notice this time around either.

You don't even need new taxes. Just close the loop holes and in force what we have now would increase their payable taxes. For every new tax there's another loop hole. Corporations know this and plan for their CPA s to find them. Lets working on closing those first. GE shouldn't be paying next to nothing.
