Of course Governor Kasich has decided not to create an exchange. IN a way I guess that is good for Ohio because our state house is controlled by the Republican party and I am sure they would make a mess of it.

Kasich is up for reelection in 2014 but as far as I am concerned the oust Kasich campaign starts now.
