RE: Romney staff refusing to let frostbitten children leave PA rally
This will go down as one of the strangest and dirtiest campaigns ever. Now they cannot even be bothered to treat their own supporters decently just to maintain the appearance of great support.

At the risk of being cynical, I hope those people being detained haven't voted yet. This may swing their votes or keep them home.

With witnesses from the press they may have a case for criminal charges.

I just checked and it appears there is no early voting in Pennsylvania.

That's good but they probably have absentee voting.

Did you read the comments section? Vile racist lies but plenty of blow back also.

According to the info I looked up, you have to have a good reason for voting absentee in PA.

What reason would they have to deny people leaving early? It's insane.....everything about Willard's campaign has been insane. Do they think holding people hostage is going to get him votes?

I agree with the sentiment about the insanity of the Romney camp but the most likely explanation to me is a few over-zealous fools with a rent-a-cop mentality (which the Republicans seem to have in abundance).
