That Romney slammed 100% of Obama voters as being shiftless shouldn’t get overlooked

Listen to it again – the "47%" number is getting emphasized by many, but the point of Romney's remarks was that 100% of Obama supporters vote for the Prez because "we" feel entitled to a handout. That's some breathtaking ignorance and I really hope the sheer casual bigotry of it doesn't get lost amidst the "We are the 47%"-zeitgeist now building up.

Agree completely. The 47% didn't bother me, the portrayal of Democrats as people who think we're victims and don't take responsibility for ourselves, that's what is beyond the pale. The fact that we *do* pay taxes, even if it's just FICA taxes, is just an added insult, but one that I'm used to hearing from the right wingers.
