NAACP Rallies To Free John McNeil
http://atlanta.cbslocal.com/2012/09/09/n...hn-mcneil/
From the article: Quote:National and local NAACP officials will join civil rights activists and local elected officials in Atlanta on Monday to rally for the freedom of John McNeil. This has been in the local news for the past few days. Another clear case of prosecutors gone wild and having immunity for their crimes. The police investigated and decided not to bring charges. The prosecutor filed charges against the recommendation of the police. It's doubtful that the county prosecutor would have worked this hard if the suspect was white and the victim was black. I don't know how the prosecutor got a conviction other than the obvious motive of racism. Certain laws don't apply if one is black, and DEFINITELY not if applied against someone white. It is sad that Roger Taney is still correct after all these years.
