ROMney flip-flops 4 times on health care reform in past 24 hrs
The man is as hard to pin down as one of those whack a moles

Quote:Sunday morning on NBC, Mitt Romney said that while he wants to repeal Health Care Reform, he would leave the provisions in place that ban insurers from discriminating based on pre-existing conditions, and that require insurance companies to cover children up to the age of 26 on their parents' plans.

Quote:Not so fast. As soon as Mitt's conservative overlords got wind of it, Romney did a quick 180, and now is against helping people with pre-existing conditions, and with children aged 26 and under.

Quote:Then, suddenly, last night the Romney campaign amended their amended statement in an effort to suggest that they would in fact preserve the non-discrimination language concerning pre-existing conditions. Hurray!

Quote:But not so fast, a re-read of the new statement makes clear that in fact Romney won't be preserving the pre-existing conditions protections that are in Health Care Reform. Romney simply wanted you to think he was going to preserve it, but he really isn't.

You would think flip-flopping on an issue 4 times in one day would be a record but for him it's just business as usual.

This rather puts the Obama campaign in a quandary. Which Mitt to go after. They can, as always attack the Flip-Flop Mitt but that is so non specific and leaves Romney untouched on the actual issue. The "base" will tend to believe that which agrees with their agenda and the independents will give the benefit of the doubt (they all do it don't they) and pass off the flip flops.

They also refuse to give specifics and without those it is hard to attack anything other than the lack of specifics.

This is a choice election but it is increasingly a choice between Obama's record and plan vs, Romney's........???

How do voters choose a ????.

Romney has to make Obama a villain.
