Buying #hashtags

Buying #hashtags
First it was #RomneyRyan2012. Then the RNC with #areyoubetteroff. Koch got into the act today with #FailingAgenda (Americans for Prosperity).

Who has an enthusiasm gap? Who has to buy their views on Twitter?

The RNC was put to such shame with the DNC's first night, even Joe Scarborough admitted the Democrats lapped the GOP in one night. The GOP is praying the NFL game tonight is close so people won't tune in to Bill Clinton (and Elizabeth Warren).

RE: Buying #hashtags
The best thing is that the Dems take those hashtags and use them against the R's.
It makes for some wildly funny tweets, and I hope the R's are pissed.

the GOP may have all the money but they clearly don't have all the people. Good Americans are killing their hashtags

I didn't know one could buy a hashtag until I heard the pukes were doing that. The fact they have to buy a damn hashtag on Twitter shows their message is falling on death ears with the public.

RE: Buying #hashtags
The latest failed attempt at a purchased hashtag is #16trillionfail.

Seeker_Carol‏@WisdomSeeker18

Republicans want to keep trickling down on us. Tired of being pissed on, GOP! #16TrillionFail due to unpaid for wars, tax cuts for wealthy.

Kristina Fleischer‏@milque

$360,000+ paid by @MittRomney to Twitter for 3 days of 3 failed promoted trends? That's what I call sensible spending! #16TrillionFail

LOLGOP‏@LOLGOP

#16TrillionFail Is that how much the Kochs are paying for this BS?

I think they were so stupid that they thought they could control the content the same way they can delete comments on their webpage.

I would say lesson learned but can you teach an old white man's party new tricks? I don't think so!
