It appears they are setting themselves up for a loss.

They are putting on a brave public face but in their "quiet rooms" panic is setting in.

Makes me wonder sometimes if Mitt Romney has been kidnapped and what we are seeing now is Sacha Baron Cohen in a Mitt Romney disguise. That Sacha, such a kidder.

with the Healthcare pieces kicking in people are not going to want to give it up. The jobs numbers weren't horrible so they can spin that as much as they want.

I am starting to believe that Romney did not pay taxes for 10 years, there is a reason why he isn't releasing them. I wonder though if there is something else that is worse than not paying taxes? What could it be? Is it possible that he made more money than he has been telling the public?

How about having to take advantage of the IRS Amnesty for people hiding money in Swiss bank accounts, specifically UBS. If he reported income during the amnesty to avoid criminal penalties it would be a campaign killer.

It appears they are setting themselves up for a loss.

I am not totally convinced yet, but I am getting there. It's hard to believe that Romney is as bad of a candidate as I think he is.
