RE: Holmes 142 charges
Jimbo goin' down for a long time.

Confirmed, Fox "news" makes you stupid

The ones you are noticing are more terrified than anything else. They are lashing out because they are comfortable; and to acknowledge what is happening is a threat to that comfort. Ignore them, for they are not the voices that will rise in the coming days, months and years. They are not the voices of our collected humanity. They are the old voices of fear and impotence. - Anonymous

NBC News ‏@NBCNews
Colorado shooting suspect James Holmes formally charged with 24 counts of murder, 116 counts of attempted murder

The CNN guy on tv said Holmes was more lucid today, said "yes" when asked if he agreed with his lawyers wanting longer to do pretrial hearing. Also said something about his hair, still red, but combed.

By Kari Huus, NBC News

<..> The defendant spoke once during the hearing, saying "yes" to waive his right to a preliminary hearing within 35 days, according to a tweet by Denver Post courts reporter John Ingold.

<..> Denver Post reporter Ingold tweeted that "Holmes was more put together today. His hair was combed — though still red. He seemed to pay attention. Not quite engaged, but listening."

It's a credit to this country that he wasn't strung up on the spot that night, but instead he will get his day in court.

"I give thanks for this perfect day. Miracle will follow miracle and wonders will never cease."

The universe tends to unfold as it should.
