US Olympic team: Made in America. The uniforms? Not so much

The uniforms look like they belong on a yacht, and a French yacht at that. Where is the spontaneous look of happy athletes that we usually see with the USA team? Is this the look of a Romney event??

They look uncomfortable.
Wasn't it just a few Olympics back that the athletes wore jogging suits? Seems more appropriate for a sporting event.

Yes, athletic wear is the usual outfit for the USA. And for gawds sakes can the freakin socks on the woman or give her a granny shawl to go with them.

The women should be wearing slacks too. And white? omg... every little bit of dirt is going to show. What a nightmare!
