Today's news brings a story about Rick Scott closing a TB hospital, one of 4 in the country, at a time when the CDC was investigating a spike in TB infections.

It's difficult to beat King Richard in the bad governor sweepstakes.

It's an old strategy. Give very little to the poor in the hope they will choose to move to a state that takes care of its people.
