I read it and wondered if she knew what the decision meant. Doesn't look like it. It wasn't a win for the 10th amendment, it was a win for the Supremacy Clause that says federal trumps state.

lol. OMG, that is hilarious. I sent Ms. Dockendorff a kind email notifying her that someone had completely misinformed her and now her name was connected to this erroneous document and I was sure she would want to issue a correction. I don't know how we're ever going to compete internationally with people like this in charge all over the country.
