The Supreme Court Monday struck down mandatory sentences of life imprisonment without parole for convicted murderers who were only 14 years old when they committed their crimes.

What's extra shocking is that one of these 14 year olds didn't even commit the shooting. Where is the judgment on the person who thinks a 14 year old should go to jail forever for being present at a hold-up? Those people scare me more than these kids.

A rare beneficial and non-conservative decision by the SCOTUS. They are capable of clear and rational thought, but that's not a habit.
