Divide and Conquer
That is the Walker game plan as told to a wealthy contributor in early 2011.

Coverage found at TPM including th following,

Quote:<...>
Walker has denied allegations that he would make Wisconsin a right-to-work state — for example, this past January his office reiterated to the Journal Sentinel that Walker would not be introducing such legislation.

In response to the new video, Walker campaign spokeswoman Ciara Matthews again told the paper: “Governor Walker has made clear repeatedly that he does not have an interest in pushing right-to-work legislation.”

As John Nichols just tweeted this morning,
Quote:John Nichols ‏ @NicholsUprising

How can you tell when Scott Walker is telling the truth? When he's talking to a billionaire about busting unions.

"In a time of universal deceit telling the truth is a revolutionary act." --George Orwell

Scott Walker Recall: Obama Campaign Gets Involved
Amanda Terkel | 11 hours ago

WASHINGTON -- President Barack Obama's re-election campaign is jumping into the Wisconsin recall, focusing on educating and registering voters in advance of the June 5 election.

Tripp Wellde, the Wisconsin state director for the Obama campaign, sent an email to supporters on Thursday night to get them fired up to support Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett, the Democratic nominee looking to unseat Gov. Scott Walker ®. From Wellde's email:

<..> Wellde also issued a statement on Tuesday, after Barrett's victory in the Democratic primary, saying, "President Obama is proud to stand with Tom Barrett and the hundreds of thousands of Wisconsin families who are coming together to move Wisconsin forward."

<..> n February 2011, Organizing for America (which became Obama for America in the presidential election) also jumped into Wisconsin, helping promote rallies and protests against Walker's attempts to strip collective bargaining rights from public employees. The group helped get out the vote in the state senate recalls last summer.
