Is pretty damn impressive. This is the dead season of presidential politics, the time period between the primary and summer where much of nothing happens and most Americans aren't paying attention. The fact he's drawing that large of crowd, in a swing state, must worry the fuck out of Mitt Romney, who could only dream to get half that.

You just wait until we roll into fall and he's holding outdoor rallies for 40,000-plus people in areas like Madison, Cleveland, Denver, Miami and St. Louis.

Roves superstar ad is ridiculous too. I could see if he was a celebrity running for President for the 1st time, but President Obama has a full term under his belt. If he's still seen as a superstar from those who have had to endure a relatively rough time in our economic history, then all the more reason that his "stardom" is based on the actual merits of his Presidency (versus RMoney who would be nobody without his $millions. )

I think the GOP is very afraid of President Obama's record. They know they have done everything possible to obstruct his administration....and still they worry about that rockstar stuff. For good reason, he's got the people with him.
