Zimmerman lie in pretrial
.

At the pretrial

“I wanted to say I am sorry for the loss of your son. I did not know how old he was,” Mr. Zimmerman, 28, said, speaking publicly for the first time about the Feb. 26 shooting. “I thought he was a little bit younger than I am. I did not know if he was armed or not.”

911 Call

911 dispatcher:

How old would you say he is?

Zimmerman:

He’s got something on his shirt. About like his late teens.

Let's see the media run with that. It will be fun to see what excuse the Zimmerman apologists dream up. It'll have to be ridiculous.

Nothing Zimmerman will say is honest
it will be a product of heavy coaching by his lawyers and judge dad

I am fairly certain, although I'll have to go back to the DVR and check, that Rev. Al pointed this out last night on his show.

I haven't, as yet, seen anyone comment on whether or not Zimmerman has given up his right to not testify at trial if it gets that far.

It seems to me that once a defendant takes the stand by being called by his own attorney that the prosecution can then call him back to the stand at other portions of the criminal proceedings to cross examine the accused. That is not to say that he gives up his right to not provide self incrimination and may invoke his 5th amendment rights to any questions.

RE: Zimmerman lie in pretrial
This is interesting because it's clear that they've concocted a story to go along with their theory that Trayvon could have been a "bad" person who "may" have been armed (aren't all people walking down the street potentially armed?)

This is one little tidbit, the prosecution knows ALL of the inconsistencies in this story, including what the one investigator knew when he suggested that Zimmerman be arrested due to inconsistencies in his story. Expect many more revelations (some a little more nuanced than what we know already) during the trial.

Confirmed, Fox "news" makes you stupid

The ones you are noticing are more terrified than anything else. They are lashing out because they are comfortable; and to acknowledge what is happening is a threat to that comfort. Ignore them, for they are not the voices that will rise in the coming days, months and years. They are not the voices of our collected humanity. They are the old voices of fear and impotence. - Anonymous
