Buttload of Stupid at the Supreme Court
You really have to take an hour or so and peruse through these arguments. I'm embarrassed that we have such stupidity on our Supreme Court. Spreading the cost of unpaid health services is just like spreading the cost of an unbought car?? Seriously??? The whole thing is unreal.

I know. Also stupid is Scalia (I think) arguing that the healthcare mandate is equivalent to telling people they have to buy broccoli WTF??

I've listened to 2 of the days, still need to the 3rd. I guess the justices voted yesterday and we will now wait until they get their decision written....like June or July.

I thought they had some legitimate legal questions. This is what our Supreme Court is wasting its time on? This does not even make any sense. If you're uninsured, it's because you can't afford health insurance, so what makes these idiots believe you'll magically have the money when you're in the ER? Just Flat Stupid!

Scalia is talking about how difficult it would be to repeal it in congress and how ineffective congress is. WTF does that have to do with constitutionality?

I missed that argument. And wouldn't that be quite activist to overturn "the will of the people", a law created in Congress, which is what the right wingers say is the constitutional thing to do. Where is that point of hypocrisy being reported in the media?
