Obama approval ratings near milestone

President Obama’s approval ratings are nearing right-side-up for the first time in nearly a year.

His approval rate polling average reached 47.3 percent while his disapproval average sunk to 47.9 percent.

That’s the closest the two ratings have come to each other since last spring, following the death of Osama bin Laden, according to the Huffington Post average. Obama’s approval has been upside down ever since, with the disapproval maxing out at 52.5 percent and approval bottoming out at 42.7 percent during the fallout from the debt ceiling debacle last summer.

Excellent news. I look for them to keep going up as the wingers are caught up in their Ryan plan to dismantle Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid and every other social safety net. Add the war on women and their lust for war in Iran, the President is looking very good.
