RE: What's missing from the Trayvon Martin tragedy?

On the other hand, Geraldo is calling for a boycott of JC Penney's for selling Hoodies.
And in yet other news, women wouldn't be raped because of the clothing they wear either.
OMG, but am I glad there are rich pasty white guys on the Republican side who can keep blacks, women, the poor, Mexicans, etc., SAFE!!!
Wheeeee, but I sure feel better now!!

RE: What's missing from the Trayvon Martin tragedy?
This is THE point in this horrific episode.
Disgusting huh?
Confirmed, Fox "news" makes you stupid
The ones you are noticing are more terrified than anything else. They are lashing out because they are comfortable; and to acknowledge what is happening is a threat to that comfort. Ignore them, for they are not the voices that will rise in the coming days, months and years. They are not the voices of our collected humanity. They are the old voices of fear and impotence. - Anonymous

Because the NRA types
are the same folks who believe Martin was not innocent. They are convinced he was the agressor. That is, of course, related to the fact he was black. They also instinctively side with anyone identified as some arm of law enforcement or citizen watch group.

Saw a short debate on gun control (CNN?) the other day and the only arguement the NRA gun nut had was "no politician dare push gun control". Know what? He's right. The Democratic party and much of the left has lost it's voice on the issue.
And for no reason. There's still substantial support for common sense gun control.
It's dangerous to never oppose these people. Now there are bills advancing to allow concealed carry in schools, churches, and other previously gun free zones.
