I cut down on drinking soda many years ago when I moved to the desert. It's very dry here and soda wasn't thirst quenching. When I lost weight and just felt better overall I stopped drinking it completely. Now I only drink unsweetened beverages (I don't use artificial sweeteners either). I recommend it.

I'm a water drinker too. Gave up soda (or as we call it here, pop) a couple years ago. Much better.

I mostly drink coffee and beer with
a diet soda or two around lunch time and mid afternoon. So when beer and coffee get the boot, then I will worry
