I've been listening, very good speech. Tough and supportive of Israel.

It was an excellent speech. He get's an "A" from me - and a speech to AIPAC could have been a challenge considering, unlike other Presidents, he's not taking orders from Israel.

I thought it was really good too. The leader of the USA confirming his support and taking it to the naysayers.

As was pointed out in another thread the President said of his policy towards Iran getting nuclear weapons, "I Don't bluff!"

While he may not bow to Israel to the extent his predecessors did, he's s till too much of a firster for my taste. Improvement, but not nearly where we need to be. I think he'd be less pro-srael if it weren't for the political reality/pressure.

Really? What is a 'firster'?
I don't think President Obama bows to any country, but holds our security as prime.

I don't think President Obama bows to any country, but holds our security as prime.

These comments indicate he holds Isarel's security prime. That is not always consistent with our best interests. We spend a lot of political capital and act immorally, IMO, by holding Israel's interests above others.
