Grin Someone might want to tell the Right..Oil prices drop after big jump in supplies
http://news.yahoo.com/oil-prices-drop-bi...19185.html

NEW YORK (AP) β€” Oil fell after the government reported a bigger than expected increase in supplies in the U.S.

The Energy Department said inventories of crude oil rose by 4.2 million barrels last week. Analysts were expecting an increase of just 1 million barrels. The report indicated that demand for oil in the U.S. remains weak.

Boehner sent a tweet that said the pubs are in a coordinated blitz against PBO about the gas prices. What an idiot.

If you read the entire report
you can see that the President's efforts to increase fuel economy through regulation and the cash for clunkers program, along with his other energy saving efforts has really paid off big time. It's clear speculators and oil companies are trying to drive up prices but Obama's efforts are keeping demand low and making the price hikes more difficult to achieve

Don't celebrate yet - it ended up for the day. Sad

Gas prices rise for 22nd straight day; oil recovers late to close above $107 a barrel -> http://www.washingtonpost.com/business/m...story.html

Confirmed, Fox "news" makes you stupid

The ones you are noticing are more terrified than anything else. They are lashing out because they are comfortable; and to acknowledge what is happening is a threat to that comfort. Ignore them, for they are not the voices that will rise in the coming days, months and years. They are not the voices of our collected humanity. They are the old voices of fear and impotence. - Anonymous

Ahh my dear TINS.. all the more reason to celebrate.. someone, somewhere is burning through a LOT of cash to keep those oil prices sky high for political reasons.. or the speculators will have a good dose of comeuppance quicker than we thought.

We have so much excess we are selling our energy products for the first time in years.. we have ship loads of oil waiting to be unloaded.

We are producing more than we ever have along with trying to expand our renewable s.
