(CNN) – Two days before her state's primary, Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer on Sunday endorsed Mitt Romney for the Republican presidential nomination.

"I'm going to publicly endorse Mitt Romney. I think he's the man that carried the day," Brewer said on the NBC program "Meet the Press."

The endorsement is considered a boost for Romney in Arizona, a conservative state where he is favored in Tuesday's primary against rivals Rick Santorum, Newt Gingrich and Ron Paul.

<..> "I think that after Super Tuesday we'll have our candidate," Brewer said, acknowledging her view differs from what most pundits say. "I think that overwhelmingly it will be decided."

Now Willard is stuck with an endorsement from the woman who stuck her finger in the face of the POTUS and won't go to the governors dinner at the WH. Talk about friends in low places!!

RE: Drum roll please.... Brewer endorses Romney
Brewer waited until she felt sure she knew who would win in AZ. She wants it to look like her endorsement mattered and that she looked like she helped chose the winner.

Polls released Friday indicate Romney is pulling away from Santorum in Arizona and is leading again in Michigan. He's looking particularly strong here, where he has an extensive organization and fundraising base, an early-voting strategy, the backing of U.S. Sen. John McCain and several other GOP leaders, and support from fellow Mormons.

I thought the same thing. Last night I read that she said she liked Newt because he would work with the governors on the border. Ha!

Notice to the Republican Nominee
By the way, just in case you haven't figured this out yet,

Barack Obama will NOT be inviting you to the White House for your
views on things after this election. In fact, since NONE of the potential
nominees on the Republican side have real jobs right now, look forward
to some serious obscurity (again) the day after election day.

Hagatha Crust endorses Richey Rich.

Sleep

Confirmed, Fox "news" makes you stupid

The ones you are noticing are more terrified than anything else. They are lashing out because they are comfortable; and to acknowledge what is happening is a threat to that comfort. Ignore them, for they are not the voices that will rise in the coming days, months and years. They are not the voices of our collected humanity. They are the old voices of fear and impotence. - Anonymous

You would have laughed your ass off at the breathless way the local news announced Brewer's choice. It was as though they were announcing the winner of the Best Picture Oscar. I mean honest to pete, did anyone really care? And wasn't there some real news to report? Facepalm
