Go to the User CP button. It has a lot of neat stuff.

Yeah, I just realized I am familiar with this feature on VBullitin boards, I just didn't know what it was called . There's a check box you can select or not with each PM you send - by default the "Request Read Receipt: receive a message when this message is read." box is checked
