I am about as enthusiastic a supporter of NASA as there exists outside of the Kennedy Space Center but the Moon Newt? Really? A permanent colony on the moon? Probably paid for with reduced taxes on the top .01%.

Men would have to care for the orphans. Remember according to Gingrich, women get those monthly "infections" so they wouldn't be good candidates for space travel.
