As various websites go black today, it bears repeating that the announcement a few days ago from Obama that he would veto the current SOPA legislation making its way through Congress has essentially put the kabosh on this dangerous nonsense:

"...the White House said it would not support legislation that "reduces freedom of expression, increases cybersecurity risks or undermines the dynamic, innovative global internet."
