Is it just me or...
It seems to me that the people with anti-Obama bumperstickers are the ones that have the most to lose if the repubs come to power again. I saw one by an old white man, who decided that he had to change lanes in front of me when he could have done it at least 90 seconds before I reached the intersection, but I digress. The bumpersticker said:

The End of An Error 1-20-2013

Did they forget about GW Bush* so soon? Shrug

Also, I've never seen such a bumpersticker on a Lexus, BMW, Cadillac, or any luxury-type car.

The Republican right has shown themselves quite adept at muddying timelines, reversing blame, and getting people to vote against their best interests. This current cycle is little different.

For what it's worth, I remember making bumper stickers at CafePress that said "1/20/09 - The End of an Error". It's amazing how fast the lying right-tards misappropriate that stuff.

I was just going to point out that this is just the Republitards using the identical language on a bumper sticker saying 1) what you said about GWB was true AND it hurt me a lot and 2) I'm going to do exactly the same as I can't think of a better way to get back at the people that hurt me than to let the world know how much it bothered me.

Besides, GWB was an infantile moron, just like his followers who think politics is a football game to be "won" by cheering louder and insulting their opponents in unoriginal ways (as they're no smarter than their deranged "coach".

Confirmed, Fox "news" makes you stupid

The ones you are noticing are more terrified than anything else. They are lashing out because they are comfortable; and to acknowledge what is happening is a threat to that comfort. Ignore them, for they are not the voices that will rise in the coming days, months and years. They are not the voices of our collected humanity. They are the old voices of fear and impotence. - Anonymous

When they figure out what the pubs want to do to them it will be too late, they will have already voted to let them destroy them instead of the 'welfare queens'. Little do they know, those entitlements are keeping them going. Lose Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, food stamps....and watch the bumper sticker crowd cry.

It's as though they've forgotten every bad thing the repubs have done since Reagan. St. Ronnie took away a bunch of income tax deductions, not to mention the crap the 1994 Repub Contract on America and 2 terms of Bush, Jr.* did to the country. The only thing I can think of is that they hate the idea of a black man as President so much that they'd tank the country so their sorry racist asses will feel better. Rolleyes

RE: Is it just me or...
I see more Bush and anti-Obama stickers on the clunkiest of smog emitting clunkers around... and on massive SUV's and Hummers with the driver being the sole passenger.

I drove an SUV when I had three kids and all their equipment to haul around. As soon as they all drove themselves, I went for an economy compact. Some people have reason to drive such things, some don't. My brother, for example, lives in the local mountains where snow and ice would keep him from leaving the house if he didn't have a 4WD... plus he uses the truck for work. Shiny 4WD trucks of massive size, with sole passengers, and a paint job that has clearly never seen mud, rut, or brush, really get on my nerves. But when they have anti-Obama ridiculousness plastered on them, they are all the more hideous to me.

Republicans have inexaplicably mastered the Einsteinian Time Dialation Principle. Something bad a Democrat did a hundred years ago is still fair game for criticism as a temporal matter, but something bad a Republican did last month is "old news" and it's "time to move on".

They would rather starve in the dark knowing they voted for a White Christian.
It's all they have left to cling to.

Stupid people, easily fooled, lacking critical thinking skills do not know who the enemy really is.

That's how the bad guys get them to drink Kool Aid... literally and figuratively.

You are correct, too many of them would rather starve than share. That's another reason the USA's social safety net is the worst in the industrialized world.

A lady I work with told me she's republican because she "was raised that way". WTF? you're an adult! Vote your best interests! Some people don't think...they just do. Does that make any sense?

I proudly support the President of the United States of America-Barack Hussein Obama

I call the forgetting of Junior, His father and Reagan...

BLACKNESIA - The ability of all racists to forget what their own party has done to them when a Black Man gets voted into office.
