I can't access my Control Panel.

Either in Chrome or Firefox. I did send the activation code when I signed up and now when I try to get a new code it will not even take my email address.

You should have access to it now. Sorry for the inconvenience.

There's a minimum time registered + posts made before you're given access to the CP. It's automated and done because spammers like to sign up in the middle of the night, go to the CP, insert all kinds of spammy links and crap in signatures and such, then post a single message and go away.

Funnily enough, the system gave you access about 4 minutes after you posted this message.
