RE: Romeny beating Obama by 9 pts in NH
I guess some just enjoy the lies that spew from Romney every time he opens his mouth. This election shouldn't even be close but sadly, it will be and seeing this just gives me a sick feeling in my gut.
If people today think this country is in bad shape, they ain't seen nothing yet. Put any one of the idiots running on the puke side in office and this country will fall so deep that we'll never recover.

RE: Romeny beating Obama by 9 pts in NH
Lots of angry a-holes in this state.
Obama won in '08 & it will be a lot closer by election time.
Romney was gov. of Ma. and has a team here since last time.
I predict Obama will win NH.
Confirmed, Fox "news" makes you stupid

Romney must be very insecure about that lead or he wouldn't be running that deceitful ad.

RE: Romeny beating Obama by 9 pts in NH
Yeah, not to pimp my thread too hard, but I've been keeping up with the polling data, so if you're interested in seeing where he stands, head on over to the link jaxx posted!
As for NH, it's going to be far closer than '08. It's definitely the most anti-Obama of the NE states and not a lock like the rest. With that said, there are some reasons for him trailing.
1) The Republican candidates are getting a great deal of more attention there. With their primary, and the fact Obama hasn't really campaigned there (outside a couple days ago), it's likely they're receiving more press there locally - especially a guy like Romney, who's invested a lot in NH.
2) Romney is a neighboring candidate with a home there. He's been there a lot. So, the face time has probably helped him in the state.
3) Obama will face some uphill battles in a great deal of states solely due to his low popularity. This is something we've got to accept and deal with. It may or may not kill him in the general, but at the moment, it's still a factor.
Even so, I think Romney's support in NH is very, very soft and I wouldn't be surprised, the closer we got to the election, the closer NH became.
It won't be like '08, tho, where Obama won by a blowout. It'll be like '00 and '04, where the winner (Bush and then Kerry) won by two-points and one-point respectively.

This agrees with my thinking. If this state goes by more than 3 points. it'll be to Obama.
