NEWS FLASH: Gingrich: ‘I Think I Will Probably Teach A Course When I’m President’ | During a campaign event today, 2012 GOP presidential hopeful Newt Gingrich said that, if he wins the election, he will hold an online course laying out the things that he expects to accomplish during his time in office. In announcing this idea, Gingrich poked fun at recent reports that he has received millions of dollars from, among others, mortgage giant Freddie Mac and the pharmaceutical drug industry:

A lot of his routine is an act. I met him in March 1995, shortly after he had become Speaker. He was all blustery and arrogant about all this right wing stuff they were going to embark on. A few minutes later, I was standing near him while he was talking one on one to someone, and he was singing a different tune: "I think we bit off a little more than we could chew."

Anyway, I never trust someone with a limp handshake, and his was like a dead fish.

I didn't see him again until earlier this year near Washington. I didn't say hello this time. He was limping like an arthritic 68 year old, which is no surprise. You will not see any shots of Newt shooting hoops with his staff.

Gingrich is soley responsible for the fucked up state of Congress....Newt was willing to shut down the government.....what will he do if he were to get the WH and he didn't get his way?

It's time to take of the gloves folks.....we have played nice, we tried respect, we tried to offer an olive branch to work together......

It's time we empoy their rules and use them against them because that is the only way they will step back.....as we have witnessed when we start pushing back and hitting them where it hurts they start crying and whining because....it's not fair....oh the Dems aren't playing by the rules.....booo fucking hoo....

He's already tried his hand at teaching. Years ago he sat in as an assistant to a college professor and proceeded to tell the class that women can never serve in the military because they have a "monthly infection".
