Yes, he smashes him in the face and appears to knock him out cold. This could get this particular cop fired IMO - his immediate "what did I just do" reaction says a lot.

So, it turns out the cops didn't arrest this person after all.

The guy had his earring ripped out of his ear which was bloody and on the ground. He pointed out that he was HIV positive and that the cop may want to get checked out.

Any more on this? I read yesterday that the man's name is known and published. It looks like the policeman came from behind, spun the guy around and hit him....do I have that right? Not a smart thing to do Mr. Policeman, it makes you look like a thug. And now he needs to be tested for HIV. Karma.
