Give it up for Ed .. he called out the NRA who are running on the back channels and in commericals in Wisconsin.. good job.. Fistbump_1 proud of you!

Thoughtful responses are the first victims of partisan passions.

He also had a more promising poll which showed it virtually tied and independents leaning toward the Democrat.

Confirmed, Fox "news" makes you stupid

The ones you are noticing are more terrified than anything else. They are lashing out because they are comfortable; and to acknowledge what is happening is a threat to that comfort. Ignore them, for they are not the voices that will rise in the coming days, months and years. They are not the voices of our collected humanity. They are the old voices of fear and impotence. - Anonymous

He must have read my response here last night saying that he needed to have John Nichols on! Big Grin

Definitely better news!

I don't live anywhere near Wisconsin and I'm a nervous wreck.

Please gawd let Walker be removed from office.

I feel like this vote will determine if we're destined to fail as a nation.

This guy is a criminal, he's conspired with billionaires to destroy unions and good paying union jobs, he has one of the worst jobs records in the country, he's stolen from the poor and given to the rich (tax cuts) and he's taken millions in outside money to support his lies. How can the people of Wisconsin be so mentally ill as to want this hate-filled cretin in their governors office?

I have a feeling the Dems have some really devastating ads that they're waiting until the last minute to air, not giving the Koch brothers time to react.

How can they vote for him? I've been thinking about this and I think it's as simple as it being a spite vote. The average RW voter will vote for anything that the left is against. They don't care what damage is done or who gets hurt.

If Republicans don't care about the future of this country, only winning, then the increasing number of people who think a 2nd Civil War is brewing may not be as far off base as it seems. The only reason it won't happen is that 75% of Republicans don't really want this, they just can't think straight due to Obama Derangement Syndrome. Republicans need a wake-up call - Wisconsin was supposed to be this - arrgh.

When teabaggers state in the press that their idea of compromise is Democrats doing things the way the RW wants them done, a 2nd civil war is a distinct possibility.

I don't put anything past "conservatives"
I honestly hope they're not really as fucked in the head as I think they are.
