2 judges appointed by George W Bush ruled in favor of the billionaire owners of the NFL and against the players, fans and the rule of law. A district judge appointed by President Obama and the 1 circuit judge appointed by President Clinton both had ruled according to the law and in favor of the players and the public.

Bush's judges ignored all the laws of the land, in favor of giving the NFL billionaire owners what they asked for. What it means is like the rest of the billionaires in the USA, the GOP have declared them above the law. That means the owners can keep the players locked out of ever or until they come crawling back on to them begging for their jobs at pennies on the dollars. This ruling, while not affecting me (other than that the football season was ruined ) is so upsetting on so many levels as it shows how the GOP has totally corrupted and perverted our legal system.

Thanks, Mav. I know it's sickening and heartbreaking what is happening to the rule of law as far as recon judges are concerned. They should be indicted. The only hope I can see is people en masse getting so fed up of this shit that it swings the other way.

I studied the ruling and it's clear the two Bush appointed judges deliberately misread the law in order to side with the owners. It's funny now the media talks about how the circuit court is the owner friendly and none talk about the gross miscarriage of justice.
