REPUBLICAN Carlos Lam, IN prosecutor and GOP activist resigns in disgrace
Thanks to the freedom of information act, his sleezy right wing tactics he suggested that Gov/King Walker use in Wisconsin have become known to the public.

Here is what he told King Walker to do (in an email he wrote)

isconsin presented “a good opportunity for what’s called a ‘false flag’ operation.”

“If you could employ an associate who pretends to be sympathetic to the unions’ cause to physically attack you (or even use a firearm against you), you could discredit the unions,”

Of course being a Republican the first thing he did was lie and try and deny he wrote the email. When he couldn't weasel out of that, he resigned.

I checked again today. No mention of this that I can find in the Wisconsin newspapers?

Yes, "weasel" is applicable here..

"Reached Tuesday by phone at the number listed on the email, Lam confirmed his email address matched the Hotmail address appearing on the Walker email, but said he had never written to Walker.

“I am flabbergasted and would never advocate for something like this, and would like everyone to be sure that that’s just not me,” he said, after being read the email"

He's "flabbergasted" alright and out of a job.

And, and not the only Indiana prosecutor to have to resign over Koch-Walker..

Lam is the second Indiana prosecutor to resign over suggestions to use violence in Wisconsin.

He sent this email the same Saturday on which another Indiana law-enforcement figure, state Deputy Attorney General Jeffrey Cox, tweeted that riot police should “use live ammunition” to clear the Capitol of protesters.

Cox was fired Feb. 23 after Mother Jones magazine published the suggestion from his private Twitter account."

Walker mentioned subterfuge himself when he thought he was talking to the real Koch..freaking Hypocrites.

Okay, so first question is this a criminal act?

Second, all of the cases they prosecuted should be reexamined it sounds like they have extreme prejudice against certain groups of people.

I don't know about criminal act, but it sure is grounds to be disbarred.
